Scholarships

The Canadian Hard of Hearing Association- Newfoundland and Labrador (CHHA-NL) offers 3 scholarships for students in Newfoundland and Labrador with hearing loss. There is an additional scholarship for students pursuing a career in Audiology.

 

Please note: the deadline for all scholarship applications is July 15.

Susan Brown Memorial Entrance Scholarship

For students with hearing loss or an auditory processing disorder in their first year of post-secondary studies.

Glenna Stone Memorial  Scholarship

For undergraduate students with hearing loss or an auditory processing disorder beyond their first year of studies.

Dr. Norah Browne Graduate Scholarship

For students with hearing loss or an auditory processing disorder in graduate programs such as their Masters or PhD.

Brian Marshall Memorial Audiology Scholarship

For students pursuing a post-secondary degree in Audiology. An additional $1000 may be awarded if the successful candidate returns to work in Newfoundland and Labrador.
