Francis Smith – “The Green Violin: My Life with No Ears”

As part of International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3, 2012) the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association – Newfoundland and Labrador (CHHA-NL) held a special presentation by Francis Smith, “The Green Violin: My Life with No Ears”.

Francis Smith has a rare craniofacial disorder that caused him to be born without bones in his face – no chin, no cheek bones, no eye sockets and no ears. His presentation talks about how he has succeeded against all the odds.
